WHAT IS IV HYDRATION?
IV Hydration Therapy is a treatment that delivers fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and nutrients directly into the blood stream through an intravenous (IV) line. It helps replenish hydration quickly and efficiently, bypassing the digestive system!

WHO CAN RECEIVE IV HYDRATION?
IV Therapy is safe for most healthy adults. A brief medical screening is done beforehand to ensure you are a good candidate. If you have certain medical conditions, we may recommend consulting with your primary care provider first and/or performing a tele-health visit with one of our practitioners prior to receiving any treatment.
Should a tele-health appointment with one of our providers be required, there will be an additional tele-health fee of $99. This tele-health visit will be required once annually.
HOW LONG DOES AN INFUSION TAKE?
Most IV infusions take 30-60 minutes. The exact duration depends on the type of drip and your body’s individual response.
DOES IT HURT?
Most people experience only a quick pinch during insertion. Once the IV is in place, the treatment is typically comfortable and many clients relax, nap, or scroll their phones during the session.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED IT?
This depends on your wellness goals. Some clients come weekly or bi-weekly, while others choose IV therapy as needed-such as after a night out, during flu season, or before/after travel. Our nurses will help you create a personalized plan.
ARE THE VITAMINS & INGREDIENTS SAFE?
YES! We use high-quality, medical-grade vitamins and nutrients sourced from accredited compounding pharmacies. Our formulations are administered by trained Registered Nurses under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director.
ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
Side effects are rare but may include minor bruising at the insertion site, a metallic taste in your mouth, or temporary cold sensation during infusion. Most serious reactions are extremely uncommon and our trained staff is equipped to handle any concerns.
IS IV HYDRATION FDA APPROVED?
While the individual vitamins and minerals may be FDA-approved, IV hydration therapy as a wellness treatment is not FDA-regulated. It is considered a complementary and elective therapy. Always consult with a healthcare provider for medical concerns.
DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE?
NO
IV Hydration Therapy is considered a wellness and elective treatment, which means it is not typically covered by traditional health insurance plans. Insurance companies usually only reimburse for treatments deemed medically necessaryand performed in a hospital or physician’s office for a diagnosed medical condition.
Since our services are focused on preventative care, wellness, and symptom relief-such as boosting energy, improving hydration, supporting immunity, or recovering from a hangover - they fall outside the scope of what most insurance policies cover.
However, we do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards as payment. These accounts are designed to cover a wide range of health-related expenses- including wellness therapies like IV hydration - making it easier for you to invest in your health proactively and affordably.
