This program is as easy as the discrete program but you have access to even more! 1. Pay enrollment and schedule your tele-visit with one of our providers to get clearance for the weight loss program. 2. Schedule visit in our office to pick up your first month of medication. 3. Receive 20% off all IV Infusions and 15% off all vitamin injections, which can all benefit your weight loss! You also receive weekly nurse visits, should you need them, but they are NOT mandatory, in person injection training, along with help with dietary and exercise tips. Access to our nurses via telephone at any time. (Membership Required plus cost of Medication)
