Vita Vittoriosa IV Therapy & Wellness (Vita Vittoriosa LLC) offers comprehensive wellness services under the supervision of a licensed medical director. Our offerings include IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+ therapy, high-dose vitamin C, and medical weight loss programs, which are not intended for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any medical conditions.

Prior to receiving services, clients may need to complete a medical intake form and consultation. Certain therapies, such as high-dose vitamin C infusions, might require lab testing or physician clearance, including G6PD screening.

Please note that mobile services are subject to availability and clinical eligibility. Currently, NAD+ infusions and high-dose vitamin C treatments are not available for mobile services.

We accept HSA and FSA cards; however, these services are not covered by insurance. Individual results may vary.
