Services including IV Hydration Therapy, Vitamin Injections, NAD+ Therapy, High-Dose Vitamin C, and Medical Weight Loss Programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical condition.
Clients may be required to complete a medical intake form and consultation prior to receiving services. Certain therapies may require lab testing or physician clearance, inlcuding G6PD screening prior to high-dose vitamin c infusions.
Mobile Services are subject to availability and clinical eligibility. NAD+ infusions and High-Dose Vitamin C treatments are NOT available for mobile services.
HSA and FSA cards may be accepted; services are not covered by insurance. Individual results may vary.
